Brisket is a great cut for any type of slow cooking method. We like to use a dry rub with plenty of brown sugar, start it in the smoker, and finish it in the oven.

Briskets are 3-5 lbs.

*Briskets are cut in “points” or “flats” - the top or bottom half. If you prefer either half, make sure to let us know! Also we can leave a brisket whole if you’re looking for a giant 10 lb one!
