Whole Half and Quarter Beef….
This is definitely the way to go if you want to fill up your freezer with plenty of cuts to choose from throughout the year. Our wholesale program happens in the late fall, early winter. Here’s how it works….
Let us know how much you want and give us a deposit of $250. We will put you on our list of butchering dates, first come, first serve. We will deliver your finished steer to The Star Valley Meat Block, in Thayne, Wyoming. They will slaughter and hang it for a couple weeks to cure the meat. When they are ready to cut it, they will give you a call for specific cutting instructions, (what steaks you want, how big you want your roasts, how many people it will be packaged for, how much burger per package, etc…) Once it is ready, you can pick it up, or we can deliver to you- it’s that easy! You will pay the Block for the processing and you will pay us $4.15 a pound on the carcass weight. Weights can fluctuate a bit but on average you will pay,
